§ 3. Type and Scope of Services Provided
- The Platform provides information about the professional Services offered by Fortis Financial Consulting. These services include, but are not limited to, outsourced accounting, IFRS reporting, tax audit and compliance, and financial advisory. The website allows Users to request a consultation and contact the firm.
- The actual provision of professional Services is subject to the signing of a formal engagement letter between the client and Fortis Financial Consulting. This letter will detail the precise scope of work, fees, and specific terms and conditions.
- Information on the Platform does not constitute a binding offer. It is an invitation to engage in discussions. A contractual relationship for professional Services is only formed upon the execution of an engagement letter.
- We do not provide any warranty that the information on the website is complete, accurate, or current. Users should not act upon this information without seeking professional advice tailored to their specific situation.

- For matters not covered by these Regulations, the relevant provisions of Luxembourg law shall apply. For client engagements, the terms of the specific engagement letter will prevail.
